But, what happens when a specific variety was blended with another variety of less quality? What will happen, if the product of less quality reaches the consumer and later on let´s him decide to buy from somebody else in the future?

We like to help you to ensure a steady high product quality. Via DNA analysis our partner lab determines a variety specific genetic fingerprint. Based on that fingerprint your products can be analyzed on clean varieties.

Example - Determination of varieties using DNA

From your importer you receive a load of apples packed 6 each. The apples show a huge difference in color. A mixture of different varieties cannot be optical excluded. Via DNA analysis the apples can be checked for their variety and possible mixtures of different varieties can be found.
